200ml milk (can be water)

scrambled eggs and green onion
A few notes here
- put the dough into butter or oil inhibits gluten formation, so it's easier to stretch the dough
- you can have some creations on the filling, if you like the dough dry and crispy, don't put the wet filling that come out juice like I did, my recipe showing on the video here is like a spring roll or dumpling. You can put minced hard boiled eggs with green onion.
-radish is very healthy and a good combination with shrimp
