UVA Engineering hosted a panel discussion between Dr. Jamie Riley (Director of Race and Justice, NAACP), Dr. Rosalyn Berne (Anne Shirley Carter Olsson Professor of Applied Ethics, Director of the Online Ethics Center for Engineering and Science, and Professor of Engineering and Society in School of Engineering and Applied Sciences) and Juandiego Wade (Vice Mayor of Charlottesville) on Dr. Martin Luther King’s legacy on leadership, advocacy, and social change as part of the University of Virginia's 2022 Community MLK Celebration.
