When the CDC states that heart disease is #1 cause of death, they are actually looking at an effect of the real cause.

High blood pressure is a symptom of a bigger, underlying problem.

A problem that very few doctors are actually testing. And a problem that 88% of adults in America have.

It’s not being overweight or obese. In fact, this problem can exist even at a healthy weight.

This problem is insulin resistance, and inflammation.

These are the biggest killers in America, not heart disease.

In fact, high blood pressure is often the first sign of insulin resistance.

So if you have high blood pressure, that should be an indicator to also check for insulin resistance.
