White Rava Dhokla
Ingredients:
Take a Mixie Jar and add
1 Cup - Sooji
1/3 Cup - Poha
1/4 Cup - Besan
Mix and Grind Coarsely and then add
1+1/2 tsp - Salt
Mix Properly
Take a Bowl and Add
Above Premix
1 Cup - Curd
1/2 Cup + 1/4 Cup - Water
Mix Properly and Whisk Gently
Give 10-15 min Rest
Chutney :
1+1/2 Cup - Coriander
2 no - Green Chillies big non spicy or Capsicum
4-5 no - Garlic
1 inch - Ginger
6-7 no - Green Chillies
Salt to taste
1 tbsp - Sugar
1 tsp - Cumin Whole
1 no - Lemon Juice
2 tbsp - Barik Sev or Peanuts
2 no - Ice Cubes
2 tbsp - Chilled Water
Grind the Chutney
Above Batter again add
1/4 Cup +1/4 Cup - Water
Mix Properly
1 tbsp - Ginger Chilli Paste
1/4 tsp - Asafoetida ( Hing )
1 tbsp - Peanut Oil
Mix and add
1 Packet - Blue Eno
1 tsp - Water
Mix Properly
Take Dhokla Thali Grease and add half the batter and sprinkle red chilli powder and Black Pepper Powder.
And In the Idli Steamer , Steam Dhokla for 12-15 Min . remove Dhokla Thali and Apply Peanut Oil
Tadka
1 tbsp - Oil
1 tsp - Mustard Seeds
8-10 no - Curry Leaves
1 tsp - Sesame Seeds
1/4 tsp - Asafoetida (Hing)
Pour above the Dhokla
Sprinkle Coriander Leaves Chopped
Cut and Serve With Chutney
