-ingredient
half kg white chana boil
half teaspoon salt
1 tbsp garam masala powder
one and half tablespoon Dhaniya powder half teaspoon jeera powder
1 tablespoon crushed chilli powder
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
3 medium slice onion
1 cup tomato paste
half cup yoghurt

-Biryani rice ingredients
basmati rice half kg (in 2 hours soak)
4 tsp salt
half teaspoon Z era
2 tejpat
half teaspoon black paper
1 inch dalchini (cinnamon) stick
3 to 4 long

direction
1- Ek kadhi Le usmein half cup oil Shamil Karen aur medium size Ki Pyaz 3 Aadat ko slice Karke oil my Shamil Karen aur light brown hone Tak Pyaz Ko fry Karen.
2- Jab Pyas aapki light brown Ho Jaaye to half Pyaz Ko aap nikale aur half pyaj ky andar 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste Shamil Karen aur 2 se 3 minute Tak fry Karen.
3- 2 se 3 minut ke bad 1 cup tamatar ka past Shamil Karen aur bataen Hue Tamam masale tamatar ke sath Shamil kar den 3 se 4 minut Tak bhunym FIR half cup Dahi Shamil Karke 5sy6 mint Tak acchi Tarah Se masalon ke sath Bhun lyn.boil kiye hue chane Shamil Karen aur 3 se 4 minut tak pakai chalo ka korma taiyar hai.
