Chia Pudding:
1/3 cup chia seeds
1 and ½ cup soy milk
1 tablespoon maca powder
2 tablespoon maple syrup
Splash of vanilla
¼ Teaspoon sea salt

Maple Mustard Tahini Sauce:
1 Tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon maple syrup
¼ cup tahini
½ Teaspoon smoked paprika
¼ Teaspoon salt
