How To make Bone Broth
roast bones for 20 mins at 400F
add bones to crockpot and cover with water + add 1-2TBS apple cider vinegar to pull collagen from bones (let soak 30 mins) add chopped carrots, onion, celery, and add TONS of spices! turn on low for 24 hours

basil
oregano
turmeric
salt + pepper
a dash of chili flakes
cumin
2 bay leaves
ginger
thyme
onion salt
garlic
paprika
rosemary

+ 8:24 Tuesday - Chicken Souvlaki Bowls - Tzatziki: 1/3 cucumber sliced & squeezed w paper towel, 3/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1 clove garlic, salt, lots of fresh dill. serve with bone broth rice, chicken, kalamata olives, tomato, and roasted bell peppers + Greek dressing: 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, 1/2 cup olive oil, 1 TBS basil, 1 TBS oregano, 1/2 tsp garlic, salt, pepper

+ 10:24 Wednesday - Roasted Tomato Veggie soup: 2 1/2 lbs tomatoes, 2 stalks of celery chopped, 4 carrots, chopped, 2 tsp dried oregano over tomatoes, 1 onion chopped, 1 head of garlic tops cut off olive oil pour and sealed with foil, roast everything on parchment paper lined sheet pan at 400F for 50 mins. blend 20 basil leaves, 1/2 cup bone broth, 1/2 cup coconut milk + all roasted veggies + enjoy!
