1 cup almond flour
2/3 cup oat flour
1/4 cup arrowroot flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of cloves
Dash of ginger
1 teaspoon sea salt
2/3 cup pumpkin puree
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1/4 cup melted coconut oil

Baked Oats:
1/3 cup oats
1/3 cup apple sauce
½ cup water
1 egg
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 table spoon chia seeds
½ table spoon maca powder
2 scoops collagen powder
½ table spoon coconut sugar
1/8 tea spoon sea salt
¼ cup blueberries


½ cup oats
¾ cup water
1 table spoon ground flax
1/8 tea spoon salt
½ tea spoon Cinnamon
2 scoops collagen
1 tea spoon maca powder
