Hey everyone! I have been managed to lose over 25kg weight at home with simple homemade food and nogym.i eat the same food as my family but according to my portions and roughly counted calories.also i follow intermittent fasting 18:6 or 16:8.
So, here  i am sharing my weightloss journey where my main focus will not only be losing weight but also incorporating healthy eating habits and daily 45 min of any physical activity.
