Hi Loves! Today , I’m back with your favorite food vlog - featuring everything I eat in a day!
It has all of my recipes & talks about my eating routine.
I’m not gonna lie; it's one of the hardest videos to film as it requires a lot of timing for filming. But I love seeing you making my recipes , it is so so rewarding.

Creamy Mushroom Sauce:

Ingredients:
½ small onion diced
1 tablespoon butter
12 ounces mushrooms
salt and ground pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic minced
3 sprigs fresh thyme or 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
½ cup white wine
½ cup chicken broth
⅔ cup heavy cream (can be changed for halfa and half)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3 tablespoons fresh parsley

Directions :

Saute onion in butter until golden .
Add mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Cook until mushrooms start to release juices. Add garlic and thyme to taste.
Add the wine & cook for a few minutes until the wine has almost evaporated.
Add the chicken broth and cream. Simmer for 5 minutes or until liquids have evaporated by half.
To thicken the sauce, combine cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water and mix well.
Add cornstarch mixture into the broth, go slowly as you might not need the entire amount of starch - depending on how thick you want it
to cook for few more minutes!
Season with parsley, salt, and pepper to taste.
