Hi loves. Welcome to a what I eat in a day! After sharing my weight loss journey I had a lot of requests for more meal ideas and foods I eat to stay lean. In this video I'm bringing you along for a full day of eating and giving you a grocery haul with healthy foods that have lots of nutritious value. These are simple and easy recipes that make me feel good! Xoxo baybayhay

Baked oats:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 banana (use a ripe one if you have it)
1/2 cup almond milk
1tsp baking powder
Splash vanilla
Dash cinnamon
(mix in blender)
1 egg (didn’t do this in the video but recommend bc it will be way fluffier)
Pour into dish and add frozen fruit
Bake on 350 for 40 min or until desired consistency
