What's up guys?!?! I thought it would be fun to add an extra video this week buuuut I really hope ya'll are enjoying my new series "On The Flip," bc it's been a labor of love. One of the main things that has kept me going this last year is staying super focused on my healthy, which is always a big priority for me, but it's been hard over the last few years, especially staying inside so much. SO...I thought it would be fun to show y'all what I eat in day since this has been a highly requested vid for a long time. I hope you guys enjoy this video!!!

Matcha - you'll need matcha powder, milk of choice sweetener of choice. Put two teaspoons of matcha powder into a small bowl and add hot (not boiling) water and whisk. Heat milk of your choice and pour into cut, add matcha mixture and sweeten if you'd like.
Breakfast taco - you'll need tortilla of choice, eggs, cheese (optional), pico, avocado. In a medium size pan fry up 2 whole eggs of 3-4 egg whites. Be sure egg mixture is covering the whole pan. When it's cooked on one side, flip the whole egg like a pancake, top with shredded cheese and the tortilla. Let cook. Flip the entire egg with the cheese and tortilla like a pancake and crisp the tortilla. Add toppings!
Brussel Sprouts Chopped Salad - you'll need shaved brussels, onion, arugula, shredded mozzarella, garbanzo beans, olives, salami, pine nuts. For dressing - mix 4 tables spoons olive oil, 2 teaspoons dijon mustard, salt and pepper.
Hearts of Palm Pasta Bake - bake up a large piece of cheese of choice, tomatoes and any other veggies topped with salt, pepper and olive oil. Bake until cheese is melted and veggies are roasted. Mix in hearts of palm pasta and put back in oven until fully heated!
