Every body is beautiful in the way it is. To all those lovely people who think you look ugly or you’re not size 0. Let me tell you, You’re the most beautiful one!! But when your over-weight or the habit of excessive eating becomes a problem in your health and causes you mental issues, diseases and lacking of confidence . Then it is the time to shread those extra kilos out of your body to make and feel your body more beautiful than ever. I was one like you, over-weight and 0 confidence but one day I promised myself to make and feel myself more beautiful and here I am, today lost almost 10 kgs and dropped my weight from 60kg to 49kgs.

IF I CAN DO, WHY CAN’T YOU?

Hiii everyone, Here I am sharing the exact diet plan which I followed when I was 60 kgs and lost almost 10 kgs to turn myself into 49 kgs without any physical exercise except 30 minutes normal walking. I call this diet plan as “HEALTHY LIFESTYLE ”. I have also added many tips and tricks that worked very well for me during my weightloss journey.
