What I eat in a day - a great guide to healthy eating.
Come to the end of winters and it’s time for me to come out of hibernation. It’s also the time for me to switch to a healthier lifestyle to beat the calories gained during the winters.

So here I bring an array of healthy eating options that I eat in a day. This meal plan helps me detox and makes me healthy in my own way. This is not a piece of expert advice, but since everyone has their own path to a fitter self, this is my way of healthy eating.
