Lunch:
Cook salmon 15 minutes at 400F with coconut aminos

Short rib tacos:
1/2 onion
3 oz tomato paste
1/4 tomato sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp Rosemary
1 lb short rib

Heat cast iron skillet to medium heat with a little avocado oil and add the onions. Cook until translucent. Add short rib and sear until
brown on each side (2-3 mins). Add seasonings, tomato sauce and tomato paste. Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours until it pulls apart
