Zucchini oats recipe (approximate):
1/3 cup oats
1/3 medium zucchini, grated
1 cup water
Microwave on high for 2 mins.
Add toppings of choice.

Almond dressing recipe (approximate):
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2-3 tbsp water
Turkey Chilli (approximate)
2 medium carrots
1 medium zucchini
Extra virgin oil
Turkey mince
400g can diced tomatoes
Mexican seasoning
Salt to taste
1/2 can vegetable or chicken stock (or water)
2 tbsp tomato paste
400g can beans
Optional: 1/4 cup pizza sauce or more tomato paste
