INGREDIENTS(2-3 servings)
1 tbsp olive oil;
1 tbsp plain flour
1 leek
1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
150g dried pasta
300ml milk ( I used almond milk!)
1 tbsp American mustard
1/2 vegetable stock cube
100g of low fat cheese
40g of panko
30g of @eatlean low fat Parmesan cheese
