BAKED BEANS: makes about 8 servings , 1/3 cup is one serving
for 173 calories

- 2 15oz cans great white northern beans
- 1 6oz can tomato paste
- 1 white onion, chopped

- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp dark brown sugar

- 2 cups hot water

add all ingredients into a baking dish
bake 350 for 1 hour

STRAWBERRY PICO DE GALLO: didn't measure this
- roma tomatoes
- strawberries
- red onion
- cilantro
- lime
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- salt

Chop, add into bowl, mix together and store in a container

For veggies we grilled them on the grill, marinated the steak with the pineapple juice, seasoned chicken with salt + pepper and honey hype

For baked potatoes I add holes and microwave for about 6 minutes, then sprayed with olive oil spray added salt, covered in foil and cooked on the grill for about 40 minutes

GLAZED CARROTS: split into 4 servings for 64 calories for 1 serving
For sweet carrots I did long carrots and chopped them added 1 tbsp butter, 1/2 tbsp dark brown sugar, 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup, mixed together until carrots are coated well bake on 300 for 1 hour, mixing half way thru cook time


PROTEIN SUGAR COOKIES:
made about 30 cookies , 1 cookie is 56 calories

-1 cup white flour
-1 cup vanilla protein powder
-1/2 cup splenda
-3/4 stick unsalted butter
-1 egg
-1 egg white (2 tbsp liquid egg white)
-2 tsp vanilla extract
-1/2 tsp cinnamon

preheat oven to 350, bake on 300 for 6 minutes, let cool
