One more Tasty and Healthy Recipe with Healthy ingredients. Walnut Coconut Burfi. Made up of healthy Walnuts and Coconut. We can use Jaggery as a sweetener as Coconut has the little sweetness and adding Jaggery will give more aroma and taste.

Ingredients:

1. Blended Walnut - 1 Cup
2. Grated Coconut - 1 1/2 Cup
3. Jaggery - 1/4 Cup
4. Elachi Powder
5. Milk ( As required )
6. Ghee - 2 tbl spoon

Preparation:

1. Blend Walnuts to get a Coarse powder and don't make it fine powder - 1 Cup
2. Take pan and add 2 tbl spoon of Ghee
3. Sauté Grated Coconut for 10 mins so that the coconut powder gets little dry
4. Add Blended Walnut powder and sauté it for 5 mins
5. Add 1/4 Cup of Jaggery and sauté it till the Jaggery melts and mixes properly
6. Add little milk so that it will be good for binding
7. Transfer it to a container and let it cool for 5 mins
8. Cut it to nice pieces and serve it.
