What does healthy food look like to you.
The natural version of food is not like the marketed hyped up version of the processed foods you have grown accustomed to and even addicted to. Sugar, sugar alcohols, and carb addictions are closely related to heart disease and strokes.
Think Quality over Quantity, and timing for functional digestive wellness.
We need to feed our immune system and brain for functional mental health.
