US DoD Rescinds COVID-19 Vaccination Mandate

DOD has rescinded the COVID vaccination mandate. Additionally, in a message US Navy said, "Under no circumstances shall a Commander mandate that any Navy Service member receive the COVID-19 vaccination. " Let's review these message.
