Understanding Modern Medicine-part 20-Approach to treatment-natural history of diseases.

This is a public awareness program on Modern Medicine. Recently, there has been an increasing number of attacks on hospitals, doctors and health care workers in various parts of our state. it is thought that the main reason behind these sad state of affairs is a lack of understanding or awareness among the lay public regarding the working of modern medical system. The public need to know more about the functioning of this system of medicine, its methodology, scope and limitations. This channel will also cover many aspects general information which a lay man ought to know, including many misinformation and superstitions surrounding common diseases. In the long run, it is hoped that the public may become mature enough to be able to move in harmony with the modern medical system.
