The field of structural heart disease treatment have evolved rapidly in the past decade. Percutaneous trans-catheter intervention have shown to be safe and effective, but with the less invasive nature of the treatment and shorter recovery time compared to open heart surgery. This new treatment modality can be good alternatives for our patients.
