You don't have to cut out a food because you think it's evil or preventing you from being healthy/losing weight. As long as you're eating this in moderation, and as long as you're not excluding protein/vegetables/fruit in order to eat these foods, you're fine.

I would argue being scared to eat a piece of pizza when you're out with friends is more unhealthy than eating pizza.
