Ingredients to make Curd Rice
Cooked Rice 2 cups
Fresh Creamy Curd 2 Cups
Milk 1 tbsp
salt
For temper
Ghee 1tsp
Channa Dal 1tsp
Urad Dal 1tsp
Mustard Seeds 1tsp
Jeera 1tsp
Hing 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
Chopped Green Chillies
Chopped Ginger

Preparation process:
Mash the cooked rice and allow it to cool
add curd and salt
For tempering process
Heat a pan add ghee
after ghee heats add Channa dal, urad dal, mustard seeds and jeera.
When temper starts splitter add hing green chillies ginger and curry leaves.
Add the temper to curd rice and mix well.
That's it. Cool cool curd rice us ready to serve.

You can take this curd rice in any meal of the day which gives you instant energy and cool you from inside.
