It's almost weekend.
Todays video is different, I just want to share with you everything, the whole lifestyle not just handbags and creams :)
And I always receive requests for recipes when I share my food on instagram.

So this year I have been dealing with everything lol but I am happy I finally found a way to make my metabolism to work without taking supplements to help it at all times.
I do follow food map most of the time, slowly I added foods which I should not eat with my IBS but I noticed that roasted onion works for me, I honestly can't imagine life without garlic and onion in my meals, maybe they don't give us great breath lol luckily we cam always get more altoids :) but they are very healthy and make every food delicious. Anyway my body takes extra time with digestion, but I do anything to help it the natural way.
I have been researching for ever all possible way of eating and this recipe is one of my favorites if I am so over the green salad, sometimes I can't even look at salad anymore lol I may be dramatic but I bet you will enjoy this meal, I like colorful foods, because it means they are fresh and heathy, full of fiber and vitamins. As well don't forget out skin needs vitamins from food, so if you use all the creams and serums and facials but you don't get the correct nutritions, what's the point?

Drink your water, eat your vegetables and don't stress!
