Published
Alzheimer's disease - a progressive neurodegenerative disease that causes dementia and impacts around 5.8 million Americans. It targets the very core of our identities - our memories, and yet we still don't have a cure for it. In Bridget’s talk, she hopes to spread awareness about the effect of Alzheimer's disease and neuroscience in general. Bridget Liu is a student researcher working with her group members to investigate the efficacy of polyphenols on Alzheimer's disease. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
