The best way to cook Mediterranean Corn-fed Chicken | Chicken Recipes | Healthy Food

Hello Friends! Today I am going to show you one of my favorite Mediterranean Corn-fed Chicken recipes.
You can use ordinary chicken breast fillet, but the corn-fed chicken is just the best :)

Ingredients for 4 persons:

For marinade:

70 g mayonnaise (50% fat)
1 teaspoon of sweet red pepper
1 teaspoon of turmeric
a pinch of black pepper
1 teaspoon of Italian herbs
5 cloves of garlic

For dish:

200 g of corn-fed chicken
6 pieces of asparagus
4 big potatoes
2 peppers
5-7 florets of broccoli
7-10 cherry tomatoes
olive oil
creme fraiche (with herbs is the best) - in case you don’t have any, you can also use either sour creme or fat yogurt
salt
pinch of thymes
fresh rosemary (dry will do too)
rice (as a side dish)

Mediterranean Corn-fed Chicken

Steps:

Make a marinade

Mayonnaise 50% fat 70 g
Sweet red pepper 1 teaspoon
Turmeric 1 teaspoon
Pinch of black pepper
Italian herbs
5 cloves of garlic

Mix everything
Marinate 200 g of a corn-fed chicken for 15 min
Peel and cut asparagus (6 pieces is enough)
Chop 4 big potatoes
Chop 2 peppers
Oil a cooking plate a bit
Put potatoes first
Add peppers
Asparagus
Broccoli
Put chicken fillet on top
Add cherry tomatoes
Put creme fraiche into the rest of the marinade
And add 1 L of water
Mix thoroughly
Add salt, Italian herbs, thymes
and pour over the cooking plate
Add a bit of fresh rosemary on top
Put into the hot oven (200 °C, circulating air) for 45 minutes
Serve with rice
