When I released a previous video called 'You Don't Need To Be 100% Plant Based For Ideal Health' I got quite a lot of pushback from viewers who are strictly vegan and on 100% plant based diets. And I understand the concerns raised however we have many viewers who are not vegan but are just trying to incorporate more plant foods into their diet. We also have some for whom whatever the reason sadly don't do well on a 100% plant based diet. So can we still see the amazing results a plant based diet brings if we still consume animal products or is it all or nothing? Do studies show that vegan diets are healthier than plant heavy diets? Well let's find out....
