State FOP held a charity event for boy with a rare disease

A community gathered together to celebrate and uplift a 5-year-old boy who has a rare disesase. Oliver Sorensen was diagnosed with Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome when he was just a baby after his mom noticed a dark “wine colored” birthmark on his leg.
