Sprouted Dahi Puri Chaat

Ingredients :
Take a Pan and add
1 tbsp - Oil
1 tsp - Cumin
2 no - Green Chilli Chopped
1 cup - Boiled Sprouted Moong

Boil the Water and add Sprouted Moong ,add
Pinch - Turmeric Powder
1/4 tsp - Salt
Boil for 3-4 min ,all together and Strain in the Strainer and Immediately put into chilled water and again strain the water . And keep aside

Sprouts :
1 Cup - Boiled Green Peas
1 Cup - Boiled Chana
Mix all together then add
1 tsp - Roasted Cumin Powder
1 tsp - Chaat Masala
1 tsp - Black Salt
Salt to taste
1+1/2 tsp - Red Chilli Powder
Mix and Keep aside

Sweet Curd :
500 gm - Curd
3 tbsp - Sugar
Blend and keep aside
Keep in Fridge ,after 1-2 Hours we can use

Assamble :
Take a Pani Puri Puri
Break in the Middle
Put in the Puri
Boiled Chopped Potatoes

Masala -
1/2 tsp - Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp - Black Salt
1/2 tsp - Cumin Powder

Sprinkle Masala
Yellow Boondi
Above Sprouts
Chopped Tomatoes
Chopped Onion
Green Chutney
Sweet Curd
Sweet Chuntey
Green Chutney
Sev
Chopped Tomatoes
Chopped Onion
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Lemon Juice
Sprinkle Some Masala and Serve
