Obesity rates are increasing and we need to take control of our lives. Mohab will be speaking about our body's own natural investment as he will be speaking from his real-life experience with his clients whom he helped to achieve a healthy lifestyle in an easy and how can we invest more in our health with simple and easy steps and methods to avoid unnecessary circumstances. You'll get to know, what is the best way to start? From where we can start? and how to maintain good health status. Coach Mohab has graduated in 2010 from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology - Faculty of Electronics and Communication Engineering, but over the years he has become passionate about fitness and nutrition. He has experience working with world champion swimmers, preparing triathlon athletes, rehabilitation due to post-trauma or surgery & movement correction.
Mohab is now currently building an Automatic/AI smart system that he believes will help the fitness and the diet community greatly in addition to writing his first patent for a new dumbbell system design that is more efficient in the future.
