Walnut - 1 whole
Pumpkim seeds - 1.5 tsp
Melon seeds - 1.5 tsp
Sunflower seeds - 1.5 tsp
Seedless Dates - 3 nos.
Chia seeds - 1 tsp
Flax seeds - 1 tsp
Milk - 100 ml

While Grinding:

Salt - 1/4 tsp
cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp
Banana - 1 small
blueberry - 10 to 12 nos.
Honey - 1 tbsp
Water - as required
