Being healthy is so important, it is supposed to be our top most priority. However, with the growing globalization, we have made ourself so much busy as well as lazy that we have forgotten to keep ourselves healthy and to show gratitude for our good or decent health.

- Eat a variety of clean foods,
- Base your diet on plenty of foods rich in carbohydrates,
- Replace saturated with unsaturated fat,
- Enjoy plenty of fruits and vegetables,
- Reduce salt and sugar intake,
- Eat regularly, control the portion size,
- Drink plenty of fluids,
- Maintain a healthy body weight.

If you are already living a good healthy life, it is always appreciated. If you are able to breathe with ease, if you have all your body parts working perfectly, if you are able to walk, talk, see, listen, smell, etc., you are healthy and you should be grateful.
