Sri Lanka had an increasing number of adolescents from the ages of 13-17 receiving treatment for eating disorders and resulting mental health afflictions connected to body dysmorphia. Nishu, Nethmi and Ruvi share their own personal stories on struggling with their body image that has led to dangerous risks being taken with their well-being.
