Ingredients :

3/4 Cup - Cooked Rice ( Left Over Rice )
Mash With Spetula and then add
1 Cup - Roasted Sooji
3/4 Cup - Besan
1 Cup - Curd
Mix Properly then add
1 Cup - Water
Mix and Rest for 1 hour
1/2 Cup - Chopped Corn or Crushed
1/2 Cup - Carrot Grated
1/2 Cup - Coriander Leaves Chopped
1/4 Cup - Spinach Chopped
1/4 Cup - Green Garlic or 1 tbsp - Normal Garlic Crushed
1 tbsp - Ginger Chilli Paste
1/2 tsp - Asafoetida ( Hing )
Salt to taste
1 tbsp - Peanut Oil
Mix Properly amd then add
1/4 Cup - Water
Mix and Make Small Small Uthappa using Uthappa Pan or Normal Tawa and Sprinkle Some Sesame Seeds and Add little and Make Golden Both the Sides and Serve With Chutney
