Quick and easy panzanella recipe - bread and tomato salad - delicious, healthy, fast vegetarian meal

This "no recipe recipe" for panzanella comes together incredibly fast and is a great last-minute lunch or dinner. Toast some cubed bread (stale if you like) in a pan with oil or butter and salt. Cut up tomatoes, and use your FinaMill to grind some Italian seasoning (check out our recent blend recipe), salt, and pepper. Give a splash of vinegar (we used red wine vinegar) and olive oil. Stir and your meal is ready! Yes, of course, there are fancier versions, and they have their place, but there's nothing like having it ready in five minutes and being just as satisfying!
