Typical appearance of moderate posterior capsule opacity (PCO) on slit lamp examination of an eye. This developed 2 years following successful cataract surgery. YAG laser capsulotomy was planned. Patient presented with symptoms of glare and blurred vision after having clear vision after cataract surgery
