Piles & Fistula - Symptoms, Causes & Treatment

Published
The human body contains normal blood vessels that supply blood to the anus. Piles are known when these blood vessels lose their support, swell up and slide out of the anus. Piles are also known as Haemorrhoids or Bawaseer. They can cause tissue growths in and around the anus and can lead to significant discomfort. These growths can vary in size and location. A fistula is an abnormal connection between two body parts, such as an organ or blood vessel and another structure. Fistulas are usually the result of an injury or surgery. Infection or inflammation can also cause a fistula to form.
