Dr. John Laird is an internationally renowned interventional cardiologist and vice president and chief medical officer of Peripheral Vascular Health at Medtronic. In addition to his over 30 years of work in the interventional cardiology field, he has published more than 200 articles and abstracts in peer-reviewed medical journals, as well as more than 15 book chapters. Dr. Laird is a fellow of the American College of Physicians, American College of Cardiology, and Society for Cardiac Angiography and Intervention. He is one of the founding board members of VIVA, Vascular Interventional Advances Physicians.
