handful of palak leaves (about 2 cups, chopped)
1/2 onion, 1 green chilli, 1/2 inch ginger
1 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp amchur powder,
1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup green moong sprouts, 2 medium potatoes boiled and cooled
2 slices of sourdough bread
wood pressed oil of your choice or A2 desi ghee
