Palak Corn Soup

Ingredients :
1 Bunch (100 gm ) - Palak Leaves
Take a Pan add
1 Lit - Water
Boil Properly and Put above Palak and Cook for 4-5 Min in High Flame then Remove immediately in Chilled Water and keep for 5-10 min , Squeeze and Keep into Bowl

Same Palak Water add
1 Cup - Sweet Corn Fresh
Pinch - Turmeric Powder
1 tsp - Sugar
Boil and Cook for 7-8 min and Strain n immediately add into Chilled Water Keep aside and Remove n Keep aside

Take a Pan and add
1 tsp - Olive Oil
1 Cube ( 1 tsp ) - Butter
1+1/2 tbsp - Crushed Garlic
7-8 no - Peppercorns
Saute little then add
above parboiled Palak ,Mix Properly and Let Cool Completely

Take a Mixie Jar
2 no - Green Chillies
2 inch - Ginger Chopped
8-10 no - Mint Leaves
Above Saute Palak
3 no - Ice Cube
Grind Like a Paste

White Sauce :
1 tbsp - Butter
1 tbsp - Wheat Flour Fine
1 no - Bay Leaf
Saute till Little Golden in Slow Flame

Take a
500 ml - Milk
Boil Properly and add above Roasted Flour into this and Mix With Whisker Properly and add
Pinch - Nutmeg Powder
Mix With Whisker and Keep aside

Take a Pan , add above White Sauce and add above Palak Puree and Mix Properly then add
1 Cup - Water
Salt to taste
Boil Properly
1/8 Cup - Amul Fresh Cream
Mix Properly

Serve in Bowl - 1st add boiled Corn and Pour above Soup and Serve .
