Maple Rosemary Glazed Salmon

3 to 4 salmon fillet (with to without skin)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped Rosemary
Olive oil
Salt & Pepper
Lemon wedges for serving - optional

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200° C).

Mix the mustard, maple syrup, lemon juice and Rosemary in a bowl. Mix well.

Place the salmon in a pan. I like to line mine with aluminum foil for easier cleaning.

Drizzle a little bit of oil on each fillet and brush it on. Lightly season with salt and pepper.

Spoon and brush the maple syrup mixture onto each piece of fish.

Place in the oven and cook. I like mine medium rare so 15 minutes is enough for me. You can leave it in the oven up to 20 minutes — depending on how cooked you like yours.

Please note that the thinner the fish the faster it will cook. Don’t overcook it.

Remove the cooked fish from the oven and allow it to sit for about 5 minutes.

Serve with lemon wedges on the side and enjoy!
