Yes they can.... only if you know the right way.
Oats Pancake is one such recipe which meets the criteria of being healthy and simultaneously it satisfies the craving for tasty food.

INGREDIENTS-
-1½ cup oats
-chopped onion
-chopped capsicum
-chopped tomatoes
-chopped green chilies
-1/2tsp turmeric powder
-Salt to taste
-Sugar as per preference
1/2cup curd
-1 egg
-1cup water (approx)
-oil

METHOD-
-in a mixing bowl add all the ingredients accept oil and water
-slowly add water (not all at a time) and keep mixing the ingredients. Make a thick batter out of it
-heat some oil in a pan and add a big spoon full of batter and gently speed it to give a small round shape. (note- try not to spreed it a lot, or else the pancake might break at while turning the side)
-keeping the gas on medium flame cook each side of the pancake at a time
-once done, transper the pancake to a kitchen towel or paper napkin to get rid of the excess oil
-serve hot with sauce of your preference
