Oats Smoothie

Ingredients :
Take a Pan and add
6 tbsp - Oats
Dry Roast for 1-2 Min , Remove in the bowl
Same Pan add
2 tbsp - Flax Seeds
Dry Roast 1-2 Min
and Keep aside

In an Oats Bowl add
20 no - Cashew Nut
1/2 Cup - Milk
Soak for 10-15 min

Take a Mixie Jar and add
Grind Flax Seeds
Take
2 no - Apple ( Cut into Cubes )

Take a Mixie Jar add
Apple
Soaked Cashew nut With Milk
4 no - Soft Dates Without Seeds
1 tsp - Cinnamon Powder
2 tbsp - Honey
1/2 Cup - Milk
3 no - Ice Crubes
Grind Properly then add
Flax Seeds Powder and again Churn Properly
Serve Chilled .
Garnish With Almonds Flakes
