Hi everyone. Today my recipe is a sweet recipe. These ladoo recipe is healthy snack option for entire family. Here i have used sattu flour and jaggery, hence it is sugar free. These ladoos are extremely healthy because of high protein content in sattu flour & gud. We should consume gud or jaggery in winter, as It generates heat inside the body & helps to boost immunity. 5 Tsp Ghee (Clarified Butter)
1 Cup Mixed Dry Fruits
3 Cups Sattu (Roasted Gram Flour)
1&1/2 Cup Gud (Jaggery)
1 Cup Milk
1 Tsp Crushed Choti Elaychi (Green Cardamom)
