✅Recipe details:
Mix 1 cup of Rava/semolina and 1 cup curd together and let it rest for 10-12 minutes
Now transfer this mixture into a blender jar and add
2 tbsp oil
1/4th cup milk
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
And blend it into a smooth batter
Now in this batter add
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4th tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Mix it well and transfer it into a greased baking tin
Top it up with some mix seeds
And bake it on 170 degrees for 35 minutes
Don’t forget to preheat the oven on 165 degrees fo 10 minutes
After baking it,rest it for 2-3 minutes and cover it with a damp cloth for half n hour
And it’s ready!
