Lemon zest and juice (half a lemon)

1/2 Cucumber
Omelet
4 Eggs
Splash of milk
1 Handful of spinach
50g Scamorza or medium softness cheese
Spring onion to taste
Salt and Peper
5 Cherry tomatoes
Parmigiano cheese
Involtini
Lean thinly sliced beef
Spinach
Scamorza or soft cheese
