Parkland shooter Nikolas Cruz is facing a possible death sentence after killing 17 people at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. Dr. Terrill Tops, an associate medical examiner in Palm Beach County, testified about an autopsy he conducted on Luke Hoyer, who was killed by Cruz at the school on February 14, 2018.
