Naomi Feil a Pioneer of Person-Centered Care & Creator of the Validation Method

Namoi is called the God-mother of 'person-centered' care.

Vicki de Klerk-Rubin is Naomi's daughter and since 2014, she has taken on the role of Executive Director of the Validation Training Institute. She is a Dutch-trained, Registered Nurse, holds an MBA from Fordham University and is a certified Validation Master.
